Then there is no way that they should be announcing a presidential winner on election night or even the next day.Only those that vote Republican he wants counted quick. The others….
Did you fail statistics in high school? Or perhaps, more to the point, did you even take a statistics course in high school? Then there is no way that they should be announcing a presidential winner on election night or even the next day.
Irrelevant. If we declare a winner on election day based on statistical analysis then the rest of the votes don't matter anyways.Did you fail statistics in high school? Or perhaps, more to the point, did you even take a statistics course in high school?
Dewey beat Truman, did he?Irrelevant. If we declare a winner on election day based on statistical analysis then the rest of the votes don't matter anyways.
Actually you proved my point for me. Thank you.Dewey beat Truman, did he?
That depends on when they're allowed to start counting. In Pennsylvania in 2020, the Republicans successfully pushed for Philadelphia to not be able to start counting until the polls opened Election Day. There simply wasn't time to count all their votes in just the fifteen hours or so the polls were open.In most places you have 3 months to vote, enough time to have pretty accurate results by the end of day.
In an earlier post I suggested changing the rule. The count would have to be done in the strictest of secrecy but I can’t see why that can’t be done. Establish voting day a federal holiday and establish voting by mail * upon request * only. IMHOThat depends on when they're allowed to start counting. So you never took Statistics. I knew that!Irrelevant. If we declare a winner on election day based on statistical analysis then the rest of the votes don't matter anyways.
You do like to blather. So you never took Statistics. I knew that!
To your point, sure quit counting once the EC has reached 270 for a given candidate. Works for me.
lol I'm amazed your vocabulary expands to words such as "blather".You do like to blather.
LOL! I'm amazed your reading comprehension let you understand what blather means. Or did you use Google to look up the definition?lol I'm amazed your vocabulary expands to words such as "blather".
I'm amazed at how AI has helped your postings, good job. Now lets back to those pesky Statistics; the ones that keep giving you problems,eh?LOL! I'm amazed your reading comprehension let you understand what blather means. Or did you use Google to look up the definition?
You post was irrelevant to statistics. It had only to do with the gross number of votes, not statistical analysis.I'm amazed at how AI has helped your postings, good job. Now lets back to those pesky Statistics; the ones that keep giving you problems,eh?
lol you should really refrain from posting...You post was irrelevant to statistics. It had only to do with the gross number of votes, not statistical analysis.
For those who forgot (like Hitch, apparently) this is what the discussion revolves around. Then there is no way that they should be announcing a presidential winner on election night or even the next day.

Hey, did I ever suggest for you to fuck off? Nope, not once.Yeah, well you should fuck off, but you won't and neither will I stop posting. So here we are.
I have knowledge of the Electoral College and how are process works. My disagreement is with counting mail in or absentee ballots days, weeks, or even months, after the election is over. This is an easily solved problem, the final candidates are known moths in advance of election day. Set a date prior to the actual election day that all ballots not cast in person on election day must be returned by. For example one week prior to the actual election. No ballots received after that day will be counted. There are plenty of opportunities to do those types of voting prior to the actual election day.Hey, did I ever suggest for you to fuck off? Nope, not once.
I am just offering up advice that you should actually have some knowledge about subjects you post on. Otherwise I'll be glad to point out your factual fuck ups.

Because apparently my simple point escaped your HUGE brain this caused you to bring in some bull shit about statistics and my high school education. Nice diversionary tactic, perhaps next time it would be easier to just say hey TrailerHitch could you please type slower and use smaller words so I can try to understand what you mean.
In order to point out a fuck up: 1) I would have to make one, 2) You would actually have to have the capacity without diversionary Bull Shit to understand what I said.
This is beyond goal post moves, hell Hitch "burned" down the field and has now commenced build a new one! Then there is no way that they should be announcing a presidential winner on election night or even the next day.
First of all, thank you for admitting everything I posted was over your head. if not you would have commented on it. Instead you diverted once again and took a comment out of context from a previous post. Yellow Journalism much?So we go to this below....

Project much on what I believe? What I know is Statistics can in fact predict the outcome, and on election night, the data can project the winner, you don't need to wait for the final vote tally to know who won....If YOU believe that counting votes after the official election day is important than how can you even pretend to support announcing a winner before all the votes are counted? The very thought of that is contradictory and essentially invalidates all votes counted after that. Because in today's world announcing a winner on election day and then changing it 2 days later would just create more cries of election fraud.
What and horn in on your shtick???Post something totally irrelevant now. Its you awesome go to.
