yea, we did that. Rode around in the back of the station wagons. We had a white Chevy wagon with rumble seats facing each other and my uncle had a Chrysler that had rear facing seats. So much fun!
Yes, S&H Green Stamps. We even had a store down the block where you traded your stamps in for merchandise. It was so neat to go in and look at all the stuff that you could get for those stamps.
Plus, we got paid for licking and placing the stamps in the book for the family and extended family, too. (Mom, Grandmother, Aunts, etc) maybe like $.05 a book?
