You can draw I-75, I-65, I-70, I-80 on this map. You can also place every Ohio University on the map. Once again, proving without a doubt the issue isn't the young voters. They will vote if there is a reason to vote. But do Democrats put forth an agenda to draw out their support? No. Instead Republican agenda is brought forth amd they have show up against something...not for something. Learn the lesson. It isn't rocket science.View attachment 2259429Issue 1 fails. And the point is? You and Adrina bitch about non-voters. Yet the Party doesn't give them a reason to vote. They vote against shit...not for shit...because the Democratic Party doesn't give them anything to vote for. Look at the map you posted. Look at the demographics of that map. Specifically...look at the age demographics. Then come to the adult table to discuss solutionsThe issue was defeated. Your continued whining notwithstanding
Yep. Truth hurts huh?Oh. Look. The usual.
The American people aren't children.
And in the meantime, Ohio demonstrated what happens if just a few percentage points more care enough to turn out.
Truth. Nothing more. Do some research. Become educated. Find out why things actually are. The information is all there...freely available to anyone that wants itBlah blah blah.
The usual.
Kudos to SCOTUS for their fidelity to the Constitution and their wisdom to allow democracy and federalism function as the framers envisioned.View attachment 2259429Issue 1 fails. By a large margin

The voter TURNOUT of EXSTING voters AGAINST a policy not for one. Not rocket scienceExcept that voter turnout was double the usual you pedantic oaf.
Sure I do. I have stated them repeatedly. The Democratic Party...my party...is reactive...not proactive. You want to attract those voters disenfranchised with the system? Ask them why the don't vote. Then look at your policy. Being "not them" is not good enough.I made my point.
You don't have any feasible solutions so quit pretending you do. All you do is whine.
Lol, and if your entire narrative is that the party has no interest in being proactive, and you refuse to vote.......your solutions are to whine about it.Sure I do. I have stated them repeatedly. I vote. Every election. Name one Democratic policy that is proactive at the FEDERAL level...that hasn't been retracted or pulled back.Lol, and if your entire narrative is that the party has no interest in being proactive, and you refuse to vote.......your solutions are to whine about it.
Thanks for confirming.
Sure ya do.I vote. Every election. Name one Democratic policy that is proactive at the FEDERAL level...that hasn't been retracted or pulled back.
How are we doing with environmental issues?
How are we doing with women's rights issues?
How are we doing with human rights issues?
How are we doing fixing the health care issues?
Reactive. Not proactive
Don't go moving the goalposts. The point I am making is if you want to bring in disenfranchised voters into play...you must offer them something. Not empty words.Sure ya do.
We continue to move the needle ahead on all of these issues. As with all long term.goals, there are always setbacks. High level, every single issue you've mentioned has improved over the last 50 years.l and will improve further in the next 50.
You want progress faster.....which means you'll just not be happy.
Feel free to knock on doors and lobby for faster change.
This vote was a win. And I hope for another in November.....and I do knock on doors.
I'm not moving the goal posts. We have made progress. And we will continue to do so. Converting someone just means having a discussion and pointing out differences between parties. Your discussion doesn't do that. Nobody is convinced by your whining.Don't go moving the goalposts. The point I am making is if you want to bring in disenfranchised voters into play...you must offer them something. Not empty words.
This is not as much of a victory as you want to think. Is it a victory? Yes. But until I am proven wrong...this result does not appear to be a result of Democratic activism. I hope that is wrong...but I am not seeing it
Adding - winning this special election isn't meant to recruit people to the party. This election was specifically meant to defeat opposition so they the November vote could proceed. The November Amendment vote is proactive.Don't go moving the goalposts. The point I am making is if you want to bring in disenfranchised voters into play...you must offer them something. Not empty words.
