“These men and women in the uniform, they got overrun,” McCarthy said. “One officer got killed…they got broken arms. You don’t understand what was transpiring at that moment and that time. People hanging. People brought ropes. When I got back into my building, I found the straps that they had. I don’t know if they come and try to kidnap somebody or whatever. 18 November 2020 is the early cited date for the fake elector plot developed by Kenneth Chesebro and John Eastman. But a new MSNBC video of Roger Stone is now available showing that the fake elector scheme may have been contrived on 5 November 2020, prior to Election Day.

MSNBC’s Ari Melber on The Beat shows Stone dictating a memo that identifies the elector swap prior to election day 7 November 2020. This is earlier than the Chesebro memo in December. This comes from the documentary filmmaker Christopher Guldbrandsen, who was following Stone and his cohorts during the 2020 election. This time period overlaps with the Willard Hotel ‘command center’ activities.

'We Are Coming to Kill You': Woman Charged in Threat to [Jan 6th] Judge Chutkan​

According to court documents filed in the Southern District of Texas court, Abigail Jo Shry of Alvin, Texas, called Chutkan's chambers on the evening of August 5 and left "a threatening voicemail message." Federal investigators with the Department of Homeland Security said that Shry started her call by saying, "Hey you stupid slave," followed by a racial slur.

During the call, investigators said, Shry "threatened to kill anyone who went after former President Trump." She also specifically threatened to kill Representative Sheila Jackson Lee, a Democrat representing Texas' 18th Congressional District, as well as "all Democrats in Washington, D.C., and all people of the LGBTQ community," read the filing from Friday.

that she had no plans to travel to Washington, D.C., or Houston, Texas, to carry out her threats, but added that if Lee "comes to Alvin, then we need to worry."
