I’ve heard mixed reviews on these from CDs and t-girls. I’ve not tries one myself, but from what I’ve read they work better on the girls who are smaller.

How does a fufu clip stay on

It's quite tricky to get on right. You have to pull the scrotum skin through the gap between the two hoops and then shove your cock backwards into your body.
This is my attempt and it's far from perfect.
