If you're Anti 2nd Amendment don't Celebrate the 4th!

I am pro second amendment, armed, and willing to fight for my country against those who will destroy everything it stands for, and take away my freedoms. Make of that what you will.

Edit: And celebrating pride month is one of those freedoms. Whether you like it or not.

So you blame guns on this?

Neat

Also, always enjoy seeing a parrot of Twitter on the forum....I know exactly who you follow now....

The 2nd Amendment was ratified by state legislatures, not by popular vote.

And your point is what? We are not governed by popular vote we are governed by those we elect to local, state, and federal positions. Essentially your point is both moot and ridiculously ignorant.

And that, furry foot, is the difference between a Republic and a pure Democracy. Hopefully we never degenerate to the latter.

Sorry, I should have explained. You see, Akatrex is trying to make the 2nd Amendment a personal issue, when it’s actually a government mandate. Whether it’s supported by individuals or not is irrelevant.

And you’re fine with that.

It's not a mandate, it's a freedom. Whether you agree with it or not, whether you want to exercise it or not, it is a freedom. Misuse it and suffer the consequences. It is a natural flow from nature, every animal has the right, and exercises, the nature to defend itself. Those that don't are called 'food.' Once you abdicate the right to defend yourself you're just food in the waiting.

Therefore, if you do celebrate the 4th, you should join a regular unit of the Militia.

Ironic. Considering the OP and his ilk are against about half of their fellow citizens. They actually believe it's their patriotic duty to hate other Americans because they don't have the same political ideology.

I don't hate the 2A but I certainly disagree on the SC's interpretation of.what it means.

Yeah, exactly. Nobody is ordering the Hobbit to keep a gun in his home in case the Conservatives come for his "rights..."

;) ;)

The normalization of "Hatred of those not like you is actually patriotic!" is arguably the biggest takeaway from the failed Trump administration.

Yup. They've been building it up for decades. Bush and the Dixie Chicks were just a warm up.
