I could be mistaken, but I interpreted from Rob’s post that both shooters were wrong, but that “Stand your Ground” will be interpreted differently when it’s a black person using that defense after shooting a white person.

Similar to how republican politicians would have a very different attitude towards what the intent was behind the 2nd amendment if people who are not white started buying assault rifles faster than they could be manufactured. If black, brown and Asian people were buying more assault rifles than white people, AR-15’s would be banned and sensible gun laws would be passed faster than Amy Coney Barret was pushed through confirmation to the Suoreme Court.
