Looking to finish a story and can’t find it… rich man returns to estranged home, sleeps with cousins who run bar and hotel

Looking to finish a story I started reading, but never saved anything, and I have been constantly searching and can’t find it. Summary from best I can remember is a rich man returns to his estranged home after a death in the family… he has two cousins that both work in the hotel and the bar in town and hooks up with them. I believe he takes one back to his home and to maybe work for him, memories a little fuzzy on that. Would luv for someone to recognize what story I’m talking about
