Chaos: Don't Stress, Undress

Well, I see people have pointed out that it is 1000 pages. Honestly, I had nothing planned, didn't even notice, but apparently I am going to be celebrating by reiterating rules of this section and intent of this thread. oh yippie.

So as I assume most know, I created this thread after a night in the Playground Chaos where some of the Chaostonians were feeling like showing their sexy selves, but that is generally frowned upon in the primary Chaos thread as it makes some people uncomfortable. I picked Ampics because the spirit of Ampics is to share pictures of yourself. Plus, I thought maybe I could also get some of the more spirited ampic folks to feel more comfortable joining the Chaos.

The primary goal here was always about comfort. The issue that seems to be cropping up a lot the last month is many of the female members do not feel comfortable when they witness people impersonating other women. I get this. When people think it is ok to take the identity of some random chick, well we are just some random chicks, so by defacto, it demonstrates people are ok with others impersonating us, and that feels creepy. This behavior is causing female participates here enough discomfort to leave. The next issue is that by starting this, I became the ringmaster of this specific circus, as such I have been getting a lot of messages about this sort of thing the past month. While I would like a more adultier adult to wrangle the chaos, I think all the adultier adults already left as they were uncomfortable. While we have no control over those who wander in impersonating other women, we can chose to not participate in adding to the discomfort of the women who post here. We can do this by not encouraging it. We have discussed things that should alert, such as when reverse image searches repeatedly find results for a certain poster. These results being a decade old. I also find when the poster regular changes races and ethnicities to be hinky. People don’t change race, ok fine fine, Rachel Dolezal, but “Rachels” have a very special mix of determination and crazy, that does make the impossible seem possible. Trust me on this (I know). Anyway I think most of us would prefer to not encourage, so we can actual keep female members in this thread, and I get less pms about it. Yippie 1000 page celebration. FFS is this a bingo day again?

This has always been frustrating to me. I usually try to do reverse searches on anyone that is new. It really spoils the thread for everyone when people pull this shit. I love seeing the real women of Lit post and I hope those that left the thread come back.

Thanks. They will be back. Sometimes we all just get in moods about it. Of course, I am still sitting over here all Allia will be back lol so what do I know. I always think everyone will be back.

thank you. What is funny is with how much I criticize heels, I didn't have a life long issue. I wore them all the time, up until I was about 5 months pregnant. I haven't been able to wear any since. I understand while pregnant, but why not know. it is so weird.

Perhaps it’s a balance issue?

I can’t really talk, as I don’t have great ankles either. I don’t personally go for heels. The legs however… 🤤
