Try reading it and perhaps spend a moment or 2 to actually comprehend it. Because every time you deny it you show how ignorant you really on are the topic.

Nowhere does the definition claim full auto. Add a bump stock to an AR-15 and it is virtually full auto.

Not to mention with today's 3D printers, you can easily make a store bought AR-15 full auto by printing a conversion kit.

Its all relative isn't it? With a bolt gun 5 to 10 rounds a minute may be considered rapid fire, mostly due to limited magazine capacity. A lever gun can be fire rapidly but again the tube usually only holds 5 to 7 rounds. A pump can also be operated rapidly but again magazine capacity is usually 5 to 7 rounds.
