We lived near the Blue Water Bridge and so Ontario was just a trip over the bridge. But all of the orchards in the Michigan thumb area had Northern Spy apples.

Start with warm to as hot as you can tolerate wet wash cloth on the areas hurting. Also take Muxinex which thins mucous and thus reduces some pressure.

Take a hot shower.

Sniff in hot tea or lemon with honey.

Good idea, I have some Mucinex in the med cabinet and I'm getting hot towels for my eyes, and I just got out of the shower, wifey is getting tea with lemon for me.
