The pants kind felt like exercising with a pad in, which took a bit of getting used to but the inside layer dries you and then channels excess down towards your thighs. My thighs look like I have wet myself a bit but the vital bits are much dryer.
Even with all the padding I managed to crack a nipple bump. Untameable these ones, never have been able to keep them down.

Yay for another never-goes-down person! I have the same dynamic. Mine never go down either. Once, I was driving up north at christmas, jumped out of the car for a potty break. Even through a bra, shirt and ramie sweater, I had headlights!
