I'd be fucked up as well, as paracetamol alone doesn't work for me in the least, and it might be difficult to get any (in practice stronger) prescription ones at my level of headaches and PMS.

So I try to steer clear from any real issues.

Paracetamol (or acetaminophen as it's called here in North America) is all I use because I've had stomach ulcers. Knocks out your liver if you drink a lot, but I don't drink at all.
