I'm making roe stew and pasha-flavoured quark for my dear Dom on Friday. I assumed I'd have lunch with my parents on Sunday, but my sister is in town Friday-Saturday, so Saturday it will be.

Here both Friday and Sunday are holidays. When I was kid, Good Friday was still a very boring and strict day - no shops, bars etc were allowed to be open. Especially no fun events.
