I seem to be taken off line then back on line, it goes back and forth. I close out completely then attempt to log in again and that’s a 50/50 success rate. Many times I have my narrative set up and when I post a reply lit gives me an error and I have to start all over again and whatever research I posted is lost. A real pain in the ass.

Once you have your post written copy it to your clipboard reload the tab and then paste and post it. If you take too much time crafting or researching after you've begun, you'll get that "oops" error. I wrote Manu about it last year but got nothing in return. You can start out in Notepad and then paste the post after it's fully crafted.

So far the evidence is that Trump didn't incite anyone to riot. Unless you want to only believe the cherry picked evidence of the J6 committee which falsified and fabricated evidence while excluding exculpatory facts on video where Trump said to be peaceful.

What's funny is that there's no reason for him to appear at the precinct to be arrested. If Trump decides not to fight the extradition from Florida to NY, the cops can fly to Florida, fingerprint him, take his mugshot, and secure the receipt for the bail before flying back home. He would have to appear for his arraignment but he can do that on video.

No public spectacle or risk of riots that way.

Otherwise they're going to need an arrest warrant and have Florida PD do the arrest and then extradite him to NY.

If Trump is guilty of "stealing" classified docs, then so is Biden to the tune of decades worth of that kind of thing. Not to mention Hillary doing it too. Yet I've NEVER seen you come out and say they should go to prison for it.

Broke the law over the Stormy Daniels settlement? Is that anything like Hunter's laptop? Or the video where Biden talked about quid pro quo with Ukraine over the prosecutor which was going to put his criminal son in prison? Or the fabricated evidence of Russian Collusion? Where's your poison laced outcry against those things?

Basically it comes down to you having TDS like the rest of the progressive crowd. You want to put Trump in prison because he's Trump, not because he's committed a crime you can prove beyond a reasonalbe doubt based on actual evidence rather than spittle and bile.

Being Federal Law Enforcement, the Secret Service can only arrest individuals for federal charges. In general, federal forces cannot arrest on state charges. Even the US Marshals Service and the FBI, when arresting criminals in another state, are actually arresting them based on the underlying Federal charge, and then turning them over to state based authorities.

The actual using money to settle a case is not illegal. Where the money came from is the subject of the criminal act. (Expected, though until the indictment is known, this is still speculation)

If you put some thought into how things could work out if Trump is indicted, it’s the same old same old. First the indictment and that process, perhaps 3 weeks out. Trump plead not guilty. It then proceeds to the selection of a prosecutor and trial judge. Then after some deliberation the trial judge establishes the trial dates. I would bet that all these events will take us well into the 2024 election season. Let’s just say for shits and giggles the trial starts around Mar. Apr. time frame, that would make it the third time the democrats get away with using the justice system to influence, interfere with either a presidential or midterm elections.

The Legally and Morally Flawed Case Against Trump​

Although we don’t yet know entirely how it will be structured, enough of the Manhattan District Attorney’s case against Trump has found its way into the public domain so that we know the general parameters. The centerpiece of the case is a misdemeanor charge under Section 175 for supposedly falsifying his business records. The theory is that Trump paid his former lawyer $130,000.00 in a series of reimbursements to Cohen and labeled them as legal expenses to conceal that the money was really to pay Adult Film Actress, Stormy Daniels for a nondisclosure agreement and that somehow this scheme violated federal election laws. From a legal perspective, this bizarre wielding of State prosecutorial power in pursuit of what is essentially an alleged federal crime is seriously flawed.

For starters, it is not a crime to be a philanderer, if in fact Trump did have an affair with Ms. Daniels. She has claimed publicly that there was no affair – but who knows. It is not a crime for Trump to pay so-called “hush money” either. I hate it when people call it that. It is a legal contract called a “nondisclosure agreement” and it is not in the least uncommon. Particularly for a celebrity who is a married man with many business interests. There are myriad reasons – unrelated to his Presidential Campaign – for Trump to pay the money to Ms. Daniels.

It’s worth noting that the Federal Elections Commission and the Department of Justice have already looked at all this and took no action back when it was fresh. Nevertheless DA Bragg is essentially trying to stuff a federal campaign finance crime into a state law business records charge. The business records case under Section 175 is a misdemeanor and the statute of limitations is two years. If DA Bragg manages to shoehorn an alleged violation of the federal campaign finance laws into the Section 175 charge – despite being a state DA and not a US Attorney – then the business records case becomes a felony and has a five-year statute of limitations. My iPhone tells me this is 2023 – nearly seven years after any such Section 175 business record crime would have occurred. So, the statute of limitations has clearly run. Nevertheless, I wait on pins and needles to see what whackado legal theory DA Bragg pulls out of his…..hat to claim the statute of limitations has somehow not expired.

There is no historical precedent for a prosecution of this nature against anyone, especially against a former President of the United States.
