I just don't care about this in the slightest

I still don't believe he'll ever be found guilty nor sentenced and instead this will just drag on in the courts. The result will be trumpies sounding the alarm of political prosecution and non trumpies crying because he is never found guilty......ad infinitum.

He has too much money and power to let the courts touch him. (Biden would be a similar case if he were prosecuted - not that I agree or disagree that he should be)

I just hope that maga heads don't use this as a reason to advance their bullshit civil war angle....because that would suck.

I feel the same way about the Democratic party promises to protect abortion rights, lower drug prices, implement universal health care, curb wasteful military spending, tax the wealthy, etc. Your justified cynicism seems limited.

It will be declared a "Woke Show Trial" put on by the deep state and George Soros in order to confiscate racist kitchen appliances and replace them with diverse and transgendered friendly ones.

I don’t care about this either and doubt the prosecution is going to be successful. But I do expect Trump will do everything he can to dramatize the arrest. Probably will have cameras and video editors ready to have clips online within minutes.

i'd say it's highly unlikely. he'll not even be seen in cuffs.

from sources i've read, if he is indicted, he most likely will be ordered to submit himself to the authorities; i'd think he'd be taken to the closest 'safe' police station, booked and bailed(?), and released until his claims of appeal have worked their way through court/s.

as much as i'd personally love to see him in cuffs, being 'per-walked' like a regular person, i'm pretty sure the concerns for general public safety will keep it as low key as possible, his lawyers stating a perp-walk would put him at personal risk from those who'd wish him harm, while the AG/local police would make noise about keeping the magatty nutjobs to a minimum.

p.s during the 'booking', he'll get his mug shot, be fingerprinted and a sample of his DNA collected(?)

No one’s framed him for anything ever. He does illegal things, and mostly gets away with them.

This former President is clearly insane and is posing a clear and present danger to all court officials, court employees, law enforcement, and the general public at large. How many riots is he going to be allowed to start with out consequence? He needs a gag order like yesterday or better yet no bail jail time until trial. If he has something to say he can say through one of his attorneys (who aren't in jail yet themselves).
