That's why I put a ton of lettuce, tomato, onions (And other veggies) on a plate, crumble up a couple of shells, put the meat on, then the cheese.What does it matter? Everything is going to fall out after one bite anyway.

Yeah no lettuce on tacos. And cheese usualy has no place either. Just corn tortilla, meat, onion and cilantro and either tomatillo salsa or salsa roja. If I had to rank Al Pastor is my favorite so pineapple on tacos is fine.

Don't pass out, but I'm going to agree with Mo on this one. Soft corn tortillas, meat, onion, cilantro, and your choice of green or red hot sauce. My favorite is carne asada.
