Don't really know. Trying to get the day started with little success. 9h sleep should be enough, but I'm awfully late with my rhythm again asthma and sinuses are bad...

But I actually got some things done yesterday.

I don't even know what mine are from. Well, sinuses don't like that med running low of course, but it's freezing outside which should be ok.

Self diagnosis of my left eye is that it is Blepharitis (blef-uh-RYE-tis) the inflammation of the eyelids. Frequent warm pads are the answer. If it get worse, I will see the opthamologist for drops etc.

They say to lightly rub Baby shampoo on your eyelids to cure that.. It works

That strange feeling when you accidentally come across someone you went to high school with, and you find out they haven't aged nearly as well as you.

My 60th H S reunion, so interesting. 1/3 are dead, some still married, many never left the area..most of the guys are fat, dames that wouldnt give me the time of day in 1962, now all over me.

My highschool class... Half are abroad, already since uni. Some will probably never return (have married locally), some might.

Many very accomplished people, but that was to be be expected. What wasn't is that I'm not a one of them. Career crashed down, no kids, switched partner several times - most have 1-3 kids in addition to a good or even fancy career. One has even totally renovated an old beautiful house in addition to kids and being a doctor. Another similar one except she was a SAHM for years. Can't brag I'd be among the fit ones either. Got a extra weight along meds, and asthma took care of being fit in another sense.
