The basics I've seen are this, specifically around defendants being charged- having video of someone walking around peacefully doesn't negate the video of the same person beating a cop with a flag.

They did break windows, doors and trash the Capitol to illegally enter the building. Having video of them not doing that just shows that they took breaks in between.

The Shaman admitted to his crimes and pled guilty. Video of him not committing crimes doesn't change that.
