I have to drive two hours tonight for an event tomorrow. I was looking at hotels and found one with a White Castle nearby. 🤤 Makes me feel better about this evening. 😁
 
FYI - I was away as I was in a grief counseling session. I am learning boundaries as my normal tendency is to be helpful to everyone. I can not of course. So I do set limits and I heartily encourage anyone who feels overwhelmed by your life to seek and get counseling.

Does anyone have suggestions for how to brew coffee in a pot at home without wasting half of it? We ditched our Keurig to save money and reduce waste but now we regularly waste half a pot of coffee on Saturdays.

We only make about "4-6 cups" worth because that's the smallest amount the pot has measurements for.

Does home brewed coffee hold up well in the fridge for cold brews the next day?

I make 8 cups, Keurig too expensive......
