Geez Paul, I lived in Monterey from 70 to 75.......weather never changed....It snowed on the beach and the mountains are accumulating snow. Even a highway was closed...It is not normal for here

This was Mammoth during one of the Jan storms. First time seeing so much snow. Even the freeway coming out of mammoth had snow until we got to Bishop almost.

Looked at the article, and I figured the blizzard warnings were in the mountains in LA County. We're not going to see a foot of snow on Sunset anytime soon.

LOL - yeah, I have a sister in Nebraska - and she's been cracking up at the California pictures and videos. "Uh, you know that's not what a blizzard looks like right?" It's all relative.
Though, if the snow level gets down much lower I'm going to be forting in behind sandbags because many people here have NEVER driven in the snow. It'll be a 2 million person pile up on the freeway!
