Favourite underwear.... that's a broad question. It really depends on my mood, whether it be a larger comfy whities, or a g-string.

These ones were gifted to me recently by a darling friend in Tokyo who generously bought a few sets and sent them down to me as a surprise. They are very delicate, handwash with care, and unlined from the front, so you can have the back view of these ones to see the pattern. The material is very soft and light.

Beautiful, as is the wearer.

Favorite pair. I showed these off when we did geeky stuff. My DC Bombshells boxer briefs, showcasing pinup versions of Wonder Woman, Poison Ivy, Supergirl, Hawkgirl, Zatanna, and Harley Quinn.

They’re also really comfortable, and they don’t shift around and let one of the boys out to stick to the inside of my thighs. I should also note that I have two pairs.

So I have a background on 3D modeling and printing. This is possible but there are a lot of logistical issues that make this not something you'll be doing on a home printer anytime soon.

Material wise there are filaments and resins with silicone like properties that are skin and food safe. The problem comes with the machines and manufacturing process itself. With filament based machines the nozzle can transfer unwanted particles and chemicals into the print. Both filament and resin base system also build in layers which creates microscopic pores that become breeding grounds for bacteria and would be nearly impossible to clean.

There are machines out there that avoid these problems and can even now directly print in silicone. One company is already producing 3D printed Fleshlights with them, but these machines cost $120k, so not something can do at home.

The most viable option instead of printing the toy directly would be to instead 3D print a mold, coating it in a beeswax which will act as both a release agent and take care of the pores. Then cast the final toy in silicone the traditional way.
