I think you might need the coffee and a pazki (see previous post) - caffeine and sugar.

oral - metformin ER is the only way but at my limit.

Metformin makes me hurl, had to go to the hospital to stop the effects. Some of the other meds work the same way. So I damn near have to overdose on glyburide to get the job done, taking 20 miligrams daily now
