Exactly what I did to lose the almost 25 pounds I did last year

I bought an e-bike. The idea is I can cycle anywhere and not worry about getting back home if I am too beat. Waiting for the snow to go away.

My wife and I discussed this the other day. We actually enjoy the fact that we don't need to do anything for Valentine's Day. There was a dinner at a restaurant many years ago where there was a couple at a the next table over that was interesting (I don't even remember why but it was super cringe worthy). I think we were cured by that.

A few years ago an out of town co-worker (male and we're both straight) went to dinner on a Tuesday night, and the place was packed. We were both confused. Only later did we figure out that it was Valentine's day.

oh one of the guys bought me chick fila for breakfast. (when I come to the office, I often get bribes, last week there was breakfast sandwiches from mcdonalds, pizza from papa johns for lunch, and fruit salad)

anyway, chick-fil-a has their biscuits shaped into hearts lol

I don't like making a big deal out of Valentines either. If you want to buy me flowers or chocolate or whatever. Do it on my Birthday or Anniversary when it is not 5times the cost.
We will still exchange cards and a few candy items. But save the rest.
