I learned to tie knots (and love rope work) as a Scout...the knowledge has served me well. An old Scout knot book contained a "hobble" to restrict a horse from bolting. It is a handcuff knot. There are instruction in AmPics somewhere.

I worked at a Scout camp when I was a kid, that's where I found that book. There was a lot of giggling that day

I haven’t seen them irl. And I think I missed that they play like kids.

My situation doesn’t seem to match the conventional DDlg and was very geared to how he and I just are irl.

We weren’t in play about it. I tend to be childish naturally. He’s like flipping Captain America and I just gave him control. He was a really good influence on me but also let me be who I am.

There are ranges as well @Ingenue844 its not always about being childlike. For some the focus is more on the nurturing, caring and instructing.
