I just got here, but Friday's are pretty cool usually. I have a stack of meetings, but only one is onerous, the rest are fun.

That's awesome! I have Friday lunch meeting that's more, "bs session" for the team (all both of us) than anything. It's an interesting situation: we are in different organization, but collaborate quite a bit on a major ongoing (hopefully never ending) project. I'm not his boss, he's not mine (and we both have a lot of independence on this project). So it's enjoyable, we bitch about each other's organizations, and our own.

Our team works remotely a lot, so the team meetings are so important for the team spirit. On Monday morning it's a full hour - the news of the weekend and even work stuff. Different people working with different stuff, and you never know who has something insightful to which project.
