Well I certainly look forward to trying it, especially if it's as wonderful as you describe it. Matcha is a Japanese green tea, usually ground into a powder, though you can get it as leaves too which have a milder flavor when brewed compared to the powder. There is a lot of detail can go into but I do not wish to bore everyone with philosophy about tea.
