A simple change out will help solve that issue. If not, its the pipes.

Probably not the pipes - building regulations already took care of that on the 80s. But I'm suspicious of that shower head of an unknown maker. Besides, it only has 1 attachment point on the wall instead of the normal sliding attachment. And that point is 2m high, apparently positioned by that same idiot who has put everything else on bathroom and in the foyer so high. It's good if you are 180-190cm tall, but I have to tiptoe to the max to put the shower head up there. Tiptoeing with wet feet isn't a safe idea...
