You never sign out? I have been told I am weird because I sign out of a lot of messenger services like Skype or Instagram. Even Facebook. I cannot stand constant notifications. Too distracting. The only thing I pretty much always have on is phone itself and text. And I have been known to mute those. Is this weird?

Nope! There’s actually a thing called alert fatigue.
from the people I know, most who sign out of skype are spouses hiding it and concerned their phone may get looked at. And eh, one phone is on silent, laptop is connected to a headset that may or may not be on me, and the other phone gets so many alerts, I don't even notice. it has my work teams and my primary text number.
I have not trimmed my beard in 2.5-3 years.
