Im most self conscious about my legs. More than my carb loving stomach. They are too short and big to be feminine. Like i would not wear shorts as a teen and didnt want to work out my legs for a long time.

I give a lot less fucks about all of it now. These legs took me up on mountains and down in canyons. They keep me healthy and im very thankful for them.

They are getting a workout this morning and some rest between sets.

Legs are back into pjs for a set of deadlifts. Deadlifts are sexy. 105lbs today!
Your legs are toned and strong!! I have short legs too.
And I absolutely love resistance training and lifting. The heaviest I can deadlift is 65kg I managed 7 haha but it felt like a great achievement. So much better than cardio. I absolutely detest cardio, if I hadn’t found resistance training I’d never have stayed at the gym.
