That’s basically where I live. And summers are good. But winter sucks!

North GA and Western NC are on the list but my family just sold place up there but they were worried I was maybe going deep and full Unabomber hermit.

not having to run heat for like 4 solid months of the year. No state income tax. Chicks wear less clothes. Laid back lifestyle. Low cost of living (though not for your area), sportsball, drink specials.
