When I was younger I used to enjoy drooling over women in magazines, like Playboy or Penthouse. As I got a little older, I realized that the women in the magazines weren't "real", they were airbrushed and Photoshopped (although it was before Photoshop existed). Eventually, I came to the realization that what turned me on were "normal", everyday women with imperfections (a tummy, moles, scars, stretch marks, etc.), not the ones in the magazines. Every day women are much more attractive and attainable, whereas women on the pages of magazines would never be interested in me and thus attainable and not "real".
