Tempted to say, "the frozen side" this morning. I'm in the middle of Utah, in the States. It's snowing here right now.

Yes ma'am. As soon as I wiggled my mouse and turned off my screen saver, it triggered pop-up messages to my friends on Discord. Started getting PMs from my friends in the UK and the Netherlands, asking if I wanted to play Diablo 3.

I think they secretly enjoy watching my characters bump into all the walls when I'm half-asleep and trying to play with them.

I just spend an hour trying to un-fuck trainee’s fuck up of tipping an entire stack of parts (30 foot high) against a wall. Took some serious forklift gymnastics but I managed to save two of the six bins.

As its calm here now, some observations this morning from the South East Michigan. It’s way too warm in the mid 40F. Another day off of grandpa’s taxi services as my little (2 ½ years and 8 month old) grandchildren are sick with a high fever. Need more coffee. I made the carrot muffins for them so now I need to freeze them for later.

Thank you. My daughter is so thorough, she will have them tested for the flu, which is going around here, or the new COVID variant. I am voluntarily monitoring for symptoms for a couple of days. No symptoms so far.

Thank you. My daughter is so thorough, she will have them tested for the flu, which is going around here, or the new COVID variant. I am voluntarily monitoring for symptoms for a couple of days. No symptoms so far.

Here the advice is to treat flu and covid the same - stay home and treat according to symptoms. There's not really much else to do, whether you know which virus or not.

In general that is the course here as well, but if it is the flu, they may give an antiviral medicine.

Here in most cases not. I guess they do in hospital treatment, but most cases won't even see a doctor anyway. I only saw the doctor on after 5 days, as my asthma got so bad I needed prednisone cure for that.
