Getting hungry. Just pulled venison pastrami out the smoker and got it into the oven to slow cook about an hour ago…we’ll see how it turns out

'Cause it's 1 am and even without the shower it takes 45min before I am in bed in practise. Forcing myself to still go to the shower would just freeze me here not doing anything - like I have done this far.

It was pretty cool - only a mild topping of cheese…

Mild?! Ever seen Power Rangers? That’s mainly NZ actors and set in NZ. Our TV is full on cheese. It works sometimes.
