We’re all very supportive here. This is Chaos, meaning sometimes it moves at warp speed in here, so much so we can have 10 pages or more in an hour or so.
Other times, it’s slower. No pattern, and topics and convos all over the place. Just jump in wherever you feel like

I am sorry to read that. Mine comes from loss and anxiety and maybe just old age. I wish they would get your meds better for you as sleep is so important.
