Is she a lit woman who changed her name or did you meet her in normal life and bring her in? I am just idk mad impressed at what you have done here, it is huge, probably kind of life changing. However, his personality is the issue here, not his health problems. He allows it to affect himself even when it has been pointed out to him.

There's nothing to be done about that in my book. He likes the attention it gets him. So I just put him on ignore. If he hasn't changed at his age, then he will likely die that way.

No wonder you want to change name. I have to say, there's a reason to most of us haven't included even first name in the user name...

I've only shared my true first name to 3 people I know from Lit. 2 of them I was, or am, supposed to meet at some point IRL. One by accident in an email.
