Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

Yup, the key is that everyone be on the same page. I think an "exclusive" Lit relationship makes sense for some. I also think "playing the field" makes sense for others. I don't judge. Where it becomes difficult - as it does in other places too - is when one thinks one thing and the other thinks the opposite.

I think the other mistake some (OK me) have made is trying to make someone into something they aren't. And in many ways, it's all part of the same thing: making them "exclusive" when they are just here to be causal and play. Or maybe making them into something or someone they really can't measure up to. It's easy to do. We don't have to see them when they are sick, or when they are just difficult. We only see the "lit person" they put forward. That's not saying they are being duplicitious. We all have various aspects to our personality. In different places, we let different parts show more than others (no one is the same at work with their boss as they are at home with their 3 year old). Lit's no different.
...one point: there have been times in my too long career when my boss made less sense than a 3-year old.

I know there have been Lit relationships that turned into real ones, and that there are couples here as couples...but they are exceptional (because they are exceptions).

This place ain't some Florida Waffle House Justa. We got class here.🤣
hey, my waffle house is Klassy as fuck. Dudes even spit their tobacco into cups rather than on the floor. And people wear their Target shopping underwear instead of the walmart shopping underwear. Sure, waffle house is not classy enough for pants or anything, but it is nicer underwear Klassy.
