Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

Yeah she was actually married to her manager for the 20 years before that so she's been off limits for my entire life so 😝
That’s okay - Bettie Page’s entire kinky career only lasted a few years, maybe 5 or 6? Not sure but she didn’t do it that long, she just did a whole lot and took some scandalous (for the time) pictures. Apparently she regretted it later in life and didn’t know she had a huge following until very late in life.

On that note (thinking of Bettie, thank you Brenda), I am goingg to call it a night.

Good night all you woderful pervs.

I was in better shape in college than I am now. There was a time I Forest Gumped it back then, just to see what my endurance levels were after walking 3 miles a day to and from classes with a load of textbooks for a semester or two. At that point I knew I could do 3-4 miles without an issue.
I started running.
Mile One: cool, warmed up.
Mile Three: feeling great, endorphins kicking in.
Mile Five: Huh, still feeling good.
Mile Seven: How ‘bout that, friends and neighbors!
Mile 8: um, ok, still feeling fine, a little tired, but I better stop before I hurt myself 🤣🤣

I try to do 8 miles now, and I’ll be in bed for 3 days afterwards
I'm envious. Even as a teen, when I could run for miles (and did, even in the forest without paths), it didn't really feel good.

And good morning - if there's anyone else here....

I SO need a massage! My shoulders are complaining constantly now.

Thanks. Should be active today but...

Well. At least I got the professional massage finally booked. Had to cancel last month as I fell ill just then.
Terrible to wake up like that, had this for most of my life. Not really age related.
On the bright side, one day it will end :)

Nope, tense shoulders are definitely no age related.
Actually, when I was a teen my mom was one of the supervisor on our orchestra trip. She attacked random pairs of shoulders during those 3 days... Most were tense af, and that was before the age of internet! Maybe that's why I got praised by my teacher for my bow hand technique. I dansed, therefore trained posture, also trained sports, and was a lot less dense.

Lately far too little dancing, I'm afraid, or any sports for that matter.
