I recognize this isn't the "what are you drinking?" thread, but I need to report great happiness with my gin and tonic tonight.
Got Bombay Sapphire gin for Xmas (good gin, but I have recently developed boutique micro distillery gin preferences- the best I've had so far was in Scotland....SO many delicious gins to be had there!)
So...tonight
Gin (Bombay)
Tonic (fevertree elderflower)
Fresh lime
Ginger pear bitters
Over ice.

Delicious!!!!
