Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

I did too. though I find I like anyone who would never suggest burpees. at this point if someone says burpees, I am going to hunt them down and kick their ass. I thought my tits hated jumping jacks. They dislike burpees more.
my PT made a mistake of putting burpees before my boxing lesson many moons ago. He stopped giving me boxing lessons and I stopped doing burpees. I was so proud of myself that day 😁

What did you do? How did you make the changes you needed? I'm always curious about how people find success on these perpetual challenges.
I started working out 3 times a week, whether that was gym or just hiking my hills and fields behind my house. Biggest thing though was portion control and being careful with how much and what I ate. Cut out most desserts and didn’t have more than a drink every few months. The consumption part was where almost everything came off.

Good for you!! ❤️❤️❤️

I am not going to deny, I kind of hoped it had to do with choosing more fit people on full moons - you get more exercise chasing them and they are less of a serving when you do catch them.

I might need therapy. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

That's how works - it's limited how much you can add your calory consumption by exercise, it's mostly about preventing your body going into energy saving mode. Loosing weight is mostly about eating right.

And if you eat healthily, you really don't need to go hungry.

Well, I wasn’t going to say anything, but it may have involved….motivational exercise. I was helping others get in shape too! 🤣

This has always been the key in my experience. You need the fitness aspect for health etc, but it's healthy eating and portion control that really impacts weight loss success.
Good for you.

what I find the real trick is keeping it off. I am a fucking yoho apparently.
You are not a yoho (ummm what is that? Still... pretty sure that's not you)
It IS really hard to keep it off. I find stress undoes my healthy habits and covid years have been a complete disaster for my gym workout habits and good stress management.
