I am good. Just had a lovely conversation with quality about a complaint from a patient’s family. But I documented the actual ongoings in my notebook. So was able to prove myself innocent. grieving people. Sometimes they do weird stuff.

Did something similar with a client's complaint just yesterday. In 20 years in my industry, there has never been an official complaint against on my all pro record.
