Are you actually in the medical field? My training and work have occupied so much of my life for the last 15 years that I get excited about other medical people because either I can actually have a conversation with them or they also have zero hobbies and shit to talk about.

I can imagine that a place like this attracts medical types, as well as people in other high stress work environments (law, restaurants, small businesses, etc). Gotta have an outlet of some kind, why not have that outlet be this?
