I did something similar 30 years ago. Toronto was shut down by a nasty winter storm, no flights at all. So my bosSs and I rented a van to drive seven hours INTO the worst of it, dragging a VP and a couple of other employees we didn't know (dropped them off along te way). Wild ride.

Christmas was great, except for being storm stayed. But I had whisky and books so I survived.

Mine was super mellow-melowest ever! All the kids home, but grown, slow pace, good food, lots of champagne and only two guests. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Very very very tongue in cheek gorgeous. And the storm thing is quite fascinating seeing as it was (checks conversion) 93 degrees Fahrenheit today.
