I don't know if it's the picture, the wind, or because how it fits her or the material but in this picture at least this dress looks tacky and cheap to me.

Maybe in person it doesn't look like cheap polyester but this is one of the least flattering split-seam, plunging neckline full-length dress I've ever seen!

Anyone else agree?

(I love her nude shoes though!)
