Locals in Buffalo will tell you Duff's is better. I'm not a connoisseur of these things, but the Anchor Bar is the original, and I think they're pretty good.

Buffalo is just a fun town in general. I love it and I highly recommend it. The city of Niagara Falls is an unrelenting shithole, though.
