It’s horrid but the harder you do it the better it is afterwards. Pair that with a hot shower or face cloth and blowing your nose, you should be able to experience some relief for a short period of time.

With the current energy prices, no hot showers unless needing to get clean... But I was actually already able to sneeze empty for a while.

Same here. We woke up to -15°C at 8 a'clock and now it's 0°C already. The snow will probably be totally gone by Monday.

My oldest teen has a timer when she showers. It's her own idea since I said that the half hour showers is not acceptable.
