Well said...that's what I was taught as a chap, not that I always adhere to it but it is the best way to go...Of course, I do. But not typically in a way to hurt someone's feelings. I was raised on the whole "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all"
I also avoid such threads/areas where I know I am most likely to walk into something that doesn't do anything for me. However. Unless it is illegal behavior (that needs reporting) I just simply walk out of a thread.
I'm not perfect. I've gotten sucked into bad behavior before. But AmPics is probably the most vulnerable place on Lit. Other than those who purposely post to be belittled. No one posts pictures and says "Boy. I sure hope I can turn off people with my post" There are a lot of people that come here to post things they can't/don't talk about out in their everyday life.
Old threads are getting bumped all over Lit thanks to this new system that suggests threads with similar topics as the one you are currently in. Hell. I have people commenting to things I've said years ago. That's the new Lit unfortunately.
So yes. While we currently have 40 "Pantie/show your panties/let me see your panties" type threads. We just have to pick and choose the ones we go in. I don't see an old thread as "an old issue to stir the pot" though.
Besides. Unless you are going to go slap some mistletoe on your dick and take a picture... Those who never post pictures don't have the right to criticize anything someone else posts.
Happy Holidays Bogey!
