Lol...a curing shed. Look around in the spring...we didn't grow then what we grow now. We did some poking around and found some vents and electrical wires and the the remains of an old outhouse.
There are some other things to suggest their used to be a travel trailer parked nearby and what could have once been an access road.

I opened the door of the cargo container a crack to the smell of mildew. It’s an old weed growing bunker, probably from when weed was still illegal and expensive enough to make a profit even after burning twelve hours of gas a day.
No skeletons, no cash nor stash, just some old fans, a dehumidifier, a space heater, a couple of old lighting ballasts and drying stringers across the ceiling.

I always wondered if they did that on purpose, or just really were not that good. But hey, I bought one of their CD’s, so it worked.
It is a horrible setup for a full scale growout. But...there was a decade there where the Feds sprayed shit with paraquat...late 70s and early 80s..and I could see it being a possibility during that time. Even as a curing shed they could have done better. But you really only need 2 weeks to get enough moisture out to do a final cure elsewhere. I can also see it being used to germinate plants and that would explain the pipe. As a growout...too much heat would be generated from those halides and the wattage was too little.Oh, there was some poly pipe coming down from higher up a creek. It was probably able to deliver water right to the site once upon a time.
This was a pretty clean site considering. I’ve come across some of what have looked like meth labs with old drums of chemicals and lye. I would not have opened it if I’d seen that kind of stuff.
