Never watched The Witcher. Wasn’t a big fan of the games, and didn’t even know they were based on a book. Kinda glad I didn’t get invested in it. But that’s par for the course with Netflix series. They cancel everything early.

I’m really surprised Castlevania is still going.

But I'd like to add my own happy hour contribution

Quatro C (Cascadiabound's Cranberry Christmas Cocktail) invented this morning

Make Cranberry Simple Syrup

• 8 oz fresh cranberries
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup water

Combine in saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook at medium heat for 10 minutes and then remove from heat just before berries burst. Strain once mixture is cooled.

Muddle 20-30 mint leaves with 1 tablespoon coarse sugar and 3 T lime.

Add rum in 1:1 ratio to simple syrup.
Add muddled liquid (strain leaves).
Add 1/4 cup cranberry juice
12 oz ginger beer
Now you have a pitcher of goodness!

Pour over ice into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh cranberries and lime.
If available, add 3 drops ginger or ginger pear bitters.
Stir
Drink

Catching up. The Balvenie Caribbean Cask is one of my absolute favorite single malts. You have excellent taste.

What thank you. It was actually my first "good" scotch and I wanted something lighter on the peat, so I figured a speyside much less one with a rum finish would be a good way to dip my toe in.

4x8 sheets of Styrofoam. You can paint it...or cover it with paneling. The R value is out of the world. For $100 bucks that wall will never radiate that cold inward ever again

They do that voluntarily, the whole point of the franchise were bikini baristas, so I'm guessing its part of the employment contract. How skimpy they have to go is debatable in court. But I'm not gonna lead the charge on that.
