I do have one question about the forum and I think this is the board to ask it. People bag on you for replying to older comments, yet they have the “similar threads” and they are usually past the sell date …..wtf

I’m guilty of not even looking at the date. If someone says something brilliant are stupid for some reason I feel like I have to enligh them as to how I feel about that. It’s quite possible there’s no one here that’s qualified to give me the help I need….

Zombie threads can be resurrected (a) on a dare or (b) with a strong dose of irony. PLP instigated such a resurrection for competitive purposes a while back.

In AmPics someone regularly finds a thread from 2004 or 5 and requests the (long gone) poster post more boobs. Not cool. (OK, lots of guys posting in AmPics make that request on current threads. Less Not Cool.)

Actually, I was thinking Cummins partly because that isn’t CAT yellow, which is brighter. Also, I think that is an air pump on the side where a CAT has the fuel pump. But I am no expert there, not at all.

As a Mechanic, I am a pretty good Engineer...but I thought that was an air pump too. Not sure of the colour. My employer had all mobile equipment painted orange. Orange Cats, Orange Juan Deere, Orange Terex...cost a fortune.
